PENSACOLA, FL - Systems integrator All Pro Sound recently completed
three stadium projects: Bryant-Denny Stadium University of Alabama,
Tuscaloosa), the North End Zone expansion; Boston College Alumni
Stadium AV systems upgrade; and Jacobs Field Terrace Club. The
projects range from major facilities upgrades to total systems
renovation. One common factor linking these projects is the presence
of Atlas Sound loudspeakers.
The Bryant-Denny expansion, completed in August of last year, was
part of a $45 million phased project that added an upper deck to the
North End Zone area with three levels of skyboxes and a glass-
enclosed, luxury dining area, as well as the addition of
traditional upper deck seating. Sound for the area is provided by
200 Atlas FAP82-T ported 8-inch coaxial ceiling speakers, powered by
QSC amps under Biamp Audio control.
For Boston College's Alumni Stadium, All Pro Sound completed work in
August of last year on skybox and concourse systems that were part
of a total system renovation for the stadium, featuring Atlas SM52-T
5.25-inch 2-way, 2-way weather-resistant speakers, Atlas FAP82-T
ceiling speakers or the concourse areas, Atlas FA138T87 8- inch
coaxial speakers, and Atlas SD72WV dual-cone, 8-inch ceiling
At Cleveland's Jacobs Field, home of the Cleveland Indians, All Pro
Sound completed work on the high-end Terrace Club, just in time for
the team's home opening series. The multi-level Terrace Club,
located at the far third base corner, is a members-only club seating
300 with an upstairs bar accommodating 250, with both areas covered
sonically by 40 Atlas B161- 4 4-inch in-wall near field speakers and
102 FAP62T 6-inch coaxial ceiling speakers.
"Atlas has a little bit of something for everything," said All Pro's
lead systems designer for each of these projects, Patrick
Nunnally. "That's why you see their product in all these projects."
