ATLAS SOUND DONATES ONE-OF-A-KIND GOLD PLATED MIC STAND TO NSCA SILENT AUCTION

(PHOENIX, AZ) - Atlas Sound announces that it will donate a one-of-a-
kind gold-plated MS20 microphone stand to the NSCA Education
Foundation's "Bid for Education" silent auction at the 2006 NSCA
Expo. The microphone stand was created exclusively for this event
and will be a unique collector's item for the highest bidder. In
addition to the mic stand, Atlas Sound will also donate one of its
brand new CP700 mixer/amplifiers. The proceeds from the auction will
support continuing education programs in the commercial electronics
systems industry.

"The gold-plated MS20 mic stand will be a really special item for
any collector to own," said Steve Young VP of Marketing for Atlas
Sound. "Atlas Sound has been one of the top manufacturers of
superior mic stands for more than 60 years; this golden stand
commemorates our rich tradition of quality. And the mixer/amplifier
is one of the newest, most talked about products that we'll be
debuting at the show. Not only will those who win these items make a
donation to the NSCA Education Foundation, but they will also return
home with a valuable reminder of their contribution to a worthy
organization."

Every year, the NSCA Education Foundation hosts a silent auction
where it invites NSCA Expo exhibitors to donate collectable or newly
released items to be won by the highest bidder. The "Bid for
Education" silent auction will open with the show on Thursday, March
16 with the winners announced on the last day of the expo.
